How do you take my money? - Payments

Payment on the AmuzAnt Design Shop is possible with Paypal and Bancontact. If you want to pay with a bank transfer, please get in touch.

To my deepest regret, I have to inform you Coffee and Cookies can not be accepted.

How much will shipping set me back? - Shipping costs

Since my carrier pigeons are on strike permanently, there are 3 shipping prices for Belgium.

  1. If you order only greeting cards, I can send them to you in a small package, which will cost €2,95. If you end up ordering sooo many that they don't fit into a small package, I'll pay the extra shipping cost as a thank-you for being a fan.
  2. If you order anything else, it comes in the deluxe package (aka bigger) and that is €5,95.
  3. If you order for a total of €100 or more, shipping is on me! Cue a little happy dance.

I also offer free pick-up in the Center of Antwerp.

If you want to order from outside of Belgium, I'm definitely willing to send it. Just send me a message, then I can have another chat with my carrier pigeons or check other options, and I'll get back to you with an accurate price.

Yay, I've ordered. When can I expect it? - Delivery time

Some great news:
if you order items that are in stock (mostly greeting cards, posters & pins) I try to get them shipped within 2-3 business days. Then it’s out of my hands and into those of the post office. Usually, you will have them within the week.
If you choose for local pick-up you can have them even sooner.
In other news: if you order items not in stock (most of the clothes, hats, and tote bags) they will be made when ordered (to save the environment and storage space). I did find some really amazing people who will make them quickly, so I'll normally have them in a week, and then it's up to the post office again. I would say this takes around 2 weeks, including shipping. Pick-up will mostly be possible after 8 days.
Please keep in mind that I am a small business, and although I would love for you to have your items the day after, it is just not possible. However if you can find me some magical creatures that are willing to do my work during the night, I will get you your order a lot faster.

Are your designs original? - Curiosity issues

Absolutely, I digitally draw all of them. Some illustrations take only a few hours, and some take days, depending on the level of detail I’m going for. So most of my drawings are completely mouse made. (Yes, I draw mostly with a computer mouse or trackpad and not on my iPad)

I do, just send me a message and I’ll get back to you with the shipping costs. (After a lengthy discussion with my carrier pigeons, ending up with me looking at alternatives)

If you agree to the shipping cost, I’m willing to ship to the moon. I will, however, not accept any Martian orders.

First of all, I’m really sorry to hear that. I definitely want you to be happy with your order, so here is my return policy.

First things first: if something is wrong with your item, I will definitely work something out. You shouldn’t be getting faulty items, that’s a big no-no. Just get in touch with me through the form below, or on the contact page.

But if you just decide you don’t want it… there's 2 parts to my return policy.

Refund policy cards, posters, and pins

My cards and posters are things I have in stock, so if you would like to make a return, just get in touch within 30 days after you've received your order, and we’ll make it work.

Refund policy clothing, hats, and tote bags

Ok, little truth bomb here, I made my website and business in a way that I could give you a lot of options. You can really choose your colors, design, and sizes; they all get made custom. So also don’t hesitate if you don’t like a certain color in the design. I will make small changes for free.

I also put my prices reasonably; these are high-quality eco items, but sadly this means that they cost me a lot to have made. I don’t take a huge profit because I want everyone to be able to get a good quality item.

That also means that if you order something and then decide you don’t want it, I can not sell it again until someone else orders that exact same combination. And until that happens, I need to sell quite a few items to make up for that one piece. So please consider this before you decide you don’t want it. Sadly, If it happens to often, I will have to up my prices so that returns don’t eat all of my small profit.

Legally I don’t have to take a return on the clothing and accessories because they are custom, but I really do want you to be happy, so get in touch if you’re not.

Please also consider the sizing charts. If you order 2 sizes, 2 items will be custom-made for you.

If I've agreed to the return (check my return policy in the two questions above), I will keep you informed when I receive your return, and if everything is as agreed, I'll refund you immediately.
