My goal is to make you smile!

Option 1: Something is wrong with your order

I’m so sorry to hear that. I personally try and check everything before shipping, but something might have escaped my notice, or it might have been damaged in transport. If that is the case, please let me know, and we can figure out a solution. If it needs to be sent back and reshipped, then shipping is on me, of course.

Alert me within 14 days of the arrival of your package of goodies, and together we’ll find a solution to make you smile.

Option 2: Returns & Regrets – You changed your mind

No worries, it happens to the best of us. Sadly I can’t guarantee you your money back automatically. The clothing and accessories are made to order (so I have them made when you order) and they have a different return policy then my greeting cards & posters.

My cards and posters are things I have in stock, so if you would like to make a return, just get in touch within 30 days after you’ve received your order, and we’ll make it work. This is longer then the legal Right of Withdrawal period (14 days), but I really want you to be happy.

I totally get it—sometimes you just fall head over heels for something, and then suddenly… oopsie daisy, buyer’s remorse strikes! But here comes the tricky part about my business: 

  1. Custom Creations Galore: I’ve designed my website and business to give you a plethora of options. Colors, designs, sizes—you name it, I’ve got it! And guess what? I’m totally cool with making small changes to your product, free of charge. I want you to be over-the-moon happy with your purchase! Smiles all the way!
  2. Friendly Prices and Eco-Perfection: I believe in offering top-notch, eco-friendly products at reasonable prices. Yes, they cost me a pretty penny to produce, but I’m not about making a mountain of profit. I want everyone to be able to enjoy high-quality goodies that make you smile, without breaking the bank.
  3. Size Matters: Ah, sizing—it can be a bit of a pickle, can’t it? I’ve got some sizing charts to help you make the perfect choice, so please give ’em a peek. And remember, if you happen to order two different sizes, I’ll be having two custom items made just for you.

So now we have The Return Dilemma: When you decide to return something, it becomes a little trickier for me. You see, since each item is custom-made, I can’t just pop it back on the shelf. I’ve gotta wait until someone else wants that exact same combo before I can sell it again (not that likely). So, before you bid adieu to your purchase, please keep this in mind. Too many returns might force me to adjust my prices to keep my little business happily humming.

Smiles Over Legality: Legally speaking, I could get all technical about not accepting returns on custom clothing and accessories. But hey, I’m all about spreading smiles here, so if you’re not thrilled with your order, let me know. I genuinely want you to be gleefully satisfied so maybe we can work something out.

Let’s Fix It Together: If you’re not happy with your purchase, I’m also not happy. So get in touch ! I’ll work my magic to hopefully make things right and have you grinning like a Cheshire cat in no time.

I cannot accept used items. If you want to return something, it needs to be in the condition that I sent it to you.

Don’t send things back without contacting me first (hi@amuzant.design). Depending on the situation I might make a shipping label for you.

You’ve returned it, now what?

Well, the moment I receive the package, I will let you know and will handle your refund (full or partial) within 14 days. The refunded amount will go to the payment method used to pay for the order.

Please keep in mind that if you’re returning things because you changed your mind, I cannot refund you the shipping cost.
If it’s a return because the goodies were damaged on their way to you, I will handle all shipping costs.
